Terracina at Cathedral City Apartments

I wholeheartedly appreciate that our government subsidizes places like these, for folks whose income is below 20k a year. The complex is descent, clean, and features a pool and a room to do laundry. The actual apartment (2 bedroom) is proportioned well, though of course on the smaller side. Only one bathroom to share, and a small kitchen and small "dining" area, though lots of cupboards.
