I lived here from June 2021-2022. I went a month without hot water. I emailed every day asking for updates and all they said was they “were working on it.” I got hot water back in my shower but it never worked properly in the kitchen again. The only way to get the kitchen sink water hot was to run the shower full blast for a while. There was no dishwasher so I had to do this to clean my dishes. I had roaches the entire time. The management was nice but they would often completely ignore my… emails and I’d have to send multiple emails to get any response. Heater broke for a while, garbage disposal broke, fridge never worked properly. I see now that they’ve raised the rent $400 since I moved in which is ABSURD. Continuous rat and cockroach issues. As mentioned previously in someone else’s review, maintenance is awful. They would claim the work order was completed when they never showed up. Took months and months to get some of the issues even looked at.

Management was okay, but Maintence was poor, would sometimes mark requests as done, when they in fact never showed up. There is a very bad rat problem in the complex, and we’ve had cockroaches in our apartment since the day we moved in. We’ve had exterminators “bomb” our place at least 5 times in which we have to clear out the entire living room and kitchen as well as the cabinets inside. Very inconvenient. Lots of leaks as well, we’ve had our AC unit leak as well as our light fixture in the… kitchen. Both from broken pipes connected to the upstairs neighbors dishwasher. The company has had really bad, unprofessional, and unproductive staff in the office in for the 2 years I lived here.
They recently got new people and Troy has been super helpful and professional.
