Helm Apartments

The apartment manager is NEVER on site. When she is on site, all she does is complain about something you have or don't have on your apartment. When you need something fixed or looked at, she says she will do it, then you never hear from her for a follow up. You are better off fixing things yourself. Also they do not keep you up on any changes to the complex. They took our pool out without a warning! 100 degree summers are going to be horrible!

They never fix anything. They have security gates don't lock and that people have complained about for the last two years and they have never fixed them or tried to fix them.They are supposed to be security gates but anyone can open them. Apartments have constant water problems. They don't fix any of the appliances in the apartments and you can never get a hold of them to fix anything when there is a problem. They waste more water here then any other apartment complex I have lived in. Lights are... always burned out and they never fix them. If you call and leave messages for them for repairs they will take 3 to 4 days to get back to you maybe. When they raise the rent it is always 100.00 or more after your lease is up. I have lived here 3 years and am sad to go. Unit is a nice size. Manager is always on top of things. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin, and the annoying tenants from across the street always take up all the parking spaces.
