Lamentable living

Delight in your upstairs neighbor’s yelling, running, & jumping galore. Agitated living 24/7.
Manager exacerbates the issue with subpar workmanship, installation of paper-thin floor panels and removal of quality padded carpet. Fails to address root cause—cosmetic and cheap interior updates and behavior.

Noisy Nerve-Racking & Stressful Living

Nerve-racking soundproofing, shoddily maintained, high rent and fees.
Thuds, stomping, clatters, and noise from above. Substandard insulation. Management adds to the problem with cheap workmanship and removal of quality well insulated flooring.
Manager will post disingenuous reply, all the while not addressing root cause.

Unelevated Living & Overinflated Pricing

Aged property, cut-rate fixtures, unnerving acoustics, elevated rent, "shared" utility fees and Insurance fees. Neighbors above? Ready yourself for jarring thuds, creaks, and noise. Apologetic puff from management will not fix poor infrastructure and poor non-professional cosmetic updates.

This property is excellent

Palm Lake Apartments is a splendid place to live. A beautiful setting with a lake and ducks to watch as you sit out on your deck or going to walk around. There are many amenities as a pool, laundry rooms, gym, and game room. It is located in a great place near Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Bart and downtown Walnut Creek!
The maintenance staff exceeds my expectations and they’re ALWAYS timely, very professional, doing an amazing job & most important they make sure your needs are being met. We like the… quick response of the new Administration to the requirements in order to improve our apartment.
