I have been living here going on 4 years and this is a complex is what you call HOME. Gabby the property manager is on point when anything goes wrong, she takes care of the matter asap. The property is well maintained, and the pool is amazing with palm trees and beautiful landscape. Gabby is so caring and makes you feel so comfortable here at Covina Palms. She is best property manager that I have ever seen go up and beyond her tenants. Because of her, this will be my forever home!!!!

Awesome Service!
Planning on moving out from my current living situation. Would be my first time living on my own. I’m so glad I spoke to Samantha. She really explained the application process and the requirements. Even though the property doesn’t have available units now, she helped me not be too anxious or nervous about moving. Thank you so much!!
