Good environment

Hello I been living here in Covina palms for a long time time and I have to say it’s a beautiful and great place to live and call home they people and the environment is always great and it’s kept well maintained they and the manger Gabriela has always keep everything running smooth and will always here a person out when needing something fix or answered .she has a great maintenance person Arturo also working very hard to keep everything clean and working well and is always in a good mood

Home Sweet Home

I have been living here going on 4 years and this is a complex is what you call HOME. Gabby the property manager is on point when anything goes wrong, she takes care of the matter asap. The property is well maintained, and the pool is amazing with palm trees and beautiful landscape.
Gabby is so caring and makes you feel so comfortable here at Covina Palms. She is best property manager that I have ever seen go up and beyond her tenants. Because of her, this will be my forever home!!!!

Comfortable living

First time living on my very own and gabby the property manager,makes it extremely safe doing so! Any issue, she’s on it. The atmosphere here is amazing and the neighbors are extremely friendly.
