Currently living here, it’s been a battle with roaches. Pest control came three times, which means I was exposed three times to toxic chemicals, and the problem persists.
Some buildings even have mice. The owner ought to be ashamed of themselves for trying to charge more than market value. The owners of this property are super cheap and do the bare minimum to upkeep, leaving the wonderful staff to deal with upset tenants. I moved into this apartment on 01/25/2019 and moved out on 07/28/2019. I don't want to judge the environment and service in this apartment. Actually, it has been 2 years ago. The only thing I hope to remind you is you will meet bunches of troubles when you moved out. The final cleaning fee invoice is $300. Unreasonable, right? I only rent a studio for half a year and got this invoice. Even so, I accepted this unreasonable invoice and paid for it ($240 deposit and $51.86 check). However, 3… months later, I received a call from the National Collection company. They said I owed $91.85 to the Serramonte Ridge and they need me to pay for this right now. Soon, they added a collect report to my credit record. They took my money and sold my personal information to a collection company and tarnished my credit record. This apartment complex is awful. You cannot have packages delivered to your apartment building because they will be stolen. The neighbors in the building make excessive noise all hours of the day and night. The worst part about all of the horrible things happening at this apartment complex is that the property management won't even empathize with their tennants; they simply tell you that it isn't their concern or problem to deal with. If you can find any other apartment complex don’t even think about staying here. The management is absolute worst! They didn’t fix our bathroom for three months!!! Multiple calls, emails and no answer. Thankfully we had two bathrooms, don’t know what we would have done otherwise. And there are numerous examples like this. There can be very noisy neighbors who parties till midnight and there is absolutely no rules or regulations against that. Pretty much everything in the apartment as well as… outside is faulty.
