Great Experiences So Far from #227

I have resided here at for almost a month, and I am impressed by the Office's responsiveness with my questions, the move in maintenance (minor) requests and the overall friendly professionalism of Gabe, Nadia and Tessa. They keep on top of things.

Granted the complex is older, the facades of the Apartments look "modern" (reaffirming the Portal's Photos) and not dated/old. Enjoy the park like setting of the trees and the quietness. No problems with my assigned parking, I would just... recommend more garbage bins to prevent overflows.

I miss Ellington a lot. Great office staff, rad pool, excellent location. Also highly responsive.

Your standard "safe but nothing special" apartment complex

The parking situation can be kind of a mess and the water has elevated levels of heavy metals that can produce cancer(yikes, lol) but overall its a safe and chill place to live. They upkeep the property well, have a pool and combo internet cafe/treadmill gym. Location isn't too far from UC Davis and shopping centers. Th staff are reasonable and give great customer service. The apartment layouts themselves are pretty basic, but other than that this a pretty decent place to live.

Expensive

Location is desirable but the apartment are old and outdated. bedroom door dont close properly and the bathroom are old style. kitchen has a limeted cabinet to store, Expensive fot the size if the apartment. They require tenants to renes 6 months ahead of lease expiration to dont lose any rental. If break the lease they will allow future tenant to view your apartment and obligated to find new tenant or pay the remiains of the lease signed.

Davis

I've been renting here for the past few years and have to say that it has been positive. Management has been responsive and I love the online maintenance request system. Being able to pay rent online is a huge plus as well. I would say that it is more family and less student populated here. There's lots of kids roaming about. The site is well maintained.
