Sterling Ranch Apartments

I have been a resident for the past 4 years and I have absolutely loved living here. The maintenance staff are quick at repairs and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to love here they live.

These apartments are the absolute worst. Please do yourself a favor and live elsewhere. First, there is no surveillance. I only lived here for a year and there’s been multiple incidents of cars broken into, windows broken, garages broken into, and my personal car was even broken into. The pool looks disgusting in the winter times, full of rotted leaves and mold. They don’t clean it. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of the neighbor above you and can even hear then using the... restroom. In the time I’ve lived here, my fridge, washer and dryer, outlets had broken, and the tub was plugged when I moved in. Management is not knowledgeable. They didn’t even know the move-out process when I called with questions. They will charge you for anything and everything they can when you move out. I am left with basically nothing after they charged me to replace entire carpets and a deep clean, even when we cleaned the entire apartment upon moving out. The apartments need to pay for a cleaning prior to new tenants moving in and instead they’ll put that entire charge on you. Moved-in December 2019 from Texas. We didn't get the chance to view the apartments before we signed our lease, but I had such a great interaction with Sarah from the start, that we decided to take the chance! Two and a half months later and so far, so good. I suck at emails, but the girls in the office are rock stars at responding to me on time even when I forget to get back with them ;) The whole application process was smooth and quick. My wife and I rented a one bedroom apartment at Sterling Ranch and absolutely loved our time there. The apartment was extremely clean, had new paint, and was perfect for us the day we moved in. Every time we had an issue or concern, the friendly staff was quick to address our problems. We are sad to go but we highly encourage others to enjoy this awesome property!!

This complex has quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Upstairs tenant start making noise at 10:30 pm and continues until 4 am. Numerous complaints have been made to the onsite managers over months with nothing being done . Local management team is completely ineffective as is the security patrol in their employ. For the amount of money they are charging for rent versus their inability to enforce the community rules.....not worth the hassle, go somewhere else.
