Pretty good Stonelake has made improvements in some areas and is overall pretty good. I think there are some things that could be better. Particularly around the change to the trash hours. Pickup starts at 7 instead of 8 now and I’m rarely home from work that early, yet you issue notes and fines if trash is out early. Why am I paying for a service that only use once per week? Also, the left side gate at the north entrance has been broken for weeks with no communication whatsoever to... residents: it’s frustrating to drive all the way up to the gate to find out that you need to get out of your car and walk back to the keypad to enter the open code

Service requests Marrisa and Carlos have been amazing at making sure my move in was smooth and attended for. Marissa always calls checks in with me before and after any work done to my apartment. Carlos has been excellent! He replaced my fridge when i was not home and he placed all my fridge magnets in EXACTLY the same place. I had no idea my fridge was even replaced. So happy i moved here.
