Essex Heights

The apartment’s location is amazing. Close by the beach, pharmacies, malls, restaurants, schools and everything you need! It is Modern, renovated, clean, and very well maintained as well as the pools, barbecue area, parking lot, and gym. The leasing office staff is awesome! Sasha and Yazmin are very polite and super diligent. They do their best to keep the condominium organized. Furthermore, the neighborhood is friendly and quite. I would really recommend Essex Heights

The inside of the home was very clean and the renovations made were done well. Management was very responsive to maintenance issues and problems I experienced while living in the home. I lived there alone and felt completely safe in this community. Facilities were clean and easy to use. It’s a safe bet that wherever you live within this community you’ll walk to your car and see the ocean. With that being said, there is no visitor parking and resident assigned parking spots are extremely small.… For the short time I lived there (less than 6 months), I experienced water shut off for maintenance 5 times. This apartment complex is constantly dirty, laundry appliance are disgusting. The trash overflowing with the smell floating into apts. Screaming kid, barking dogs (even though they aren’t supposed to be allowed) and worst of all-NO guest parking and they tow. The apartments themselves look decent but lots of little things falling apart. Would never have moved in knowing what I know now.

I’ve lived here for two years and only feel like they want to kick me out so they can renovate my apartment and make more money off of it while I deal with ongoing construction happening all around me the construction men hitting on me and looking in my apartment with my doors open
