What I love about this place is the sense of home.
I have been living here since the building was brand new. Though the company owners recently changed they kept the same staff. Maintenance is quick. Manager is fair and communicative. The building is safe, but the only down side Is that If you get lots of doordash dinners or whatever you have to meet your driver outside because there is no way they can get into the building. You need a special keycard to be able to get inside. I love that the... building is a short walk to Grand and all the fun activities that go on there. Plenty of guest parking. Place is kept clean and neighbors are quiet and respect each other.

Must See!

I am a resident at this apartment building and I absolutely love living here. I was sold the moment I saw the kitchen and open floor plan as I love to cook and entertain. The location offers the flair of living in the city and is walking distance to nice restaurants, theater and performing arts center. The building manager, Richard is wonderful, he truly takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and cheerful environment for his residents. The highlights of living here are the amazing sunsets off... my balcony and watching the fireworks show on the 4th of July without leaving the building! I am very happy here and look forward to coming home every day.
