Sherwood at Iron Point

I have lived in this apartment complex since a few years ago, and I can say very good reviews and words about neighborhood, my neighbors and maintenance. However, management is really terrible! They usually do not answer phone calls, so we have to stop by to talk with them, they keep charging us with new items! For example, people from other neighborhoods dump their old furniture and trashes in our dumpsters and they charge us instead to say they have no control over those people! I had renters'... insurance same as last years which was presented to the office, but they kept charging me for lack of insurance and declined to refund me even when I re-presented the insurance! The management here is awful! I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone! So rude and there are cockroaches everywhere! Not to mention the neighbors are nosy and extremely noisy! Find anywhere else to rent! This place is overpriced and underwhelming.

Management has zero concern over theft! My deceased mothers standing jewelry box was stolen from my garage and when I called management to report it they never returned my call. I posted a notice on MY garage door and management took it down! They considered my poster "graffiti," yet allow missing animals to be posted everywhere!
The garages WILL NOT accommodate a small SUV. You can fit it in, but forget about opening any doors! They don't tell you that upon signing the contract. I could go on... and likely will at a later date. I recommend a PASS on this property. Read More
