We regret moving here. What you get for the high rent: rude management, cold showers, loud vibrating walls anytime other apartments run water. Daily grating noise and smells from construction in units, parking lot and grounds. Amenities are shared with other complexes. There's one waterfront bench for 400+ units. Careful where you step - the lawn along the water is a goose toilet. Overall the quality of life here is low.

Decent apartment but management is not friendly
Not a big fan of management. Renewal are more expensive than new tenant.
