Just pay 100 dollars more for something better

CONS:
-Roaches and ants
- Low water pressure and always turning it off
-People smoking weed and cigs in their house
-Loud neighbors that turn on music so loud
-Playgrounds needs to be upkeep
- Laundry sucks
-Office close sometimes in odd hours
-Poor pool maintains
-Toilet water is so low
-Dumb drivers that do not stop at the dam stop sign
-Gate issue
-Turn off the lights sometimes that should stay on due to safety"They turn it off to save money" Shake my head ------Price should be less... . it should be $1 square ft.
-The ceiling collapse while living here for some of my neighbors during rain season
-Dog poop everywhere and smells like animal peep here
-so much more I am just done
PROS:
-Some good neighbors depends on location
-Back right is the best place to live
-Close to the freeway and airport.

WELL, anyways go somewhere else!!! Turn over here is so high
