How Is This Rating Determined?

HORRIBLE service / maintence

Any problem you have (washer, dryer, garbage disposal) will take them a week or more to fix. They rarely anwer the office phone. Rent is too dang high for the service and help they provide. It is such an inconvience to not get things done around your apartment when it is needed.
