If these issues are not resolved—at least to an 80–90% level—and if we do not have proper control, building security, and a functioning security system, including controlled access at the entrances and exits, then the situation is unacceptable. Even if not 100%, these basic standards must be met at least at an 80–90% level.

I will absolutely not recommend this building to anyone. If things continue this way, I also do not plan to stay here long-term, even though I originally moved here with the...
intention of living here for a long time.

The problems are constant and are increasing over time. I want to emphasize that they are not decreasing or being resolved—they are growing rapidly and becoming more serious.

Because of this, I will not recommend anyone to live in this building.
