The reason why I am giving this a 2 star is because when the Asset Living Certified AC Technician came to check our AC yesterday (that was not leaking at the time of his visit) just did not do anything. I even told him it was leaking for the last two days. He just looked at it. I told him that a maintenance guy from Eleve actually had to clean out the tube from the lavatory because sometimes it gets clogged and that is the reason why it leaks. All he said was ‘your AC is good to go and it should... not leak anymore.’ However last night it leaked again. He came back this time he cleaned out the tube in the lavatory.
As of this writing, AC is not leaking. However my biggest question is would this be an ongoing thing wherein someone from the maintenance has to clean out the tube every so often? Or this issue is completely resolved? There should be a solution for this issue. Read More

So far this new management is way better than the old one. And I have seen changes like the garage parking, the new paints, the spa are being cleaned.

EXTREMELY inconsistent access to water. Management does nothing about renters letting their dogs relieve themselves in common areas, nor do they take any steps to ensure tenants get access to the parking spots they pay to reserve. Way overpriced for the level of stress an apartment here creates. Do not recommend, especially not for this price.
