Avoid

The space inside is not bad however these buildings need serious repair and SECURITY. Cars get broken into here and service request can take forever. The scheduling for things are done very last minute and there is no real schedule to anything. The manager is always rude and rarely helps with any needs. The pool has been broken for the past 2 years and requires 3 different complexes to share a pool that is usually filled with random kids who bring people from the neighborhood who do not live… there. The rent increases and for what? More inconveniences?

The size of the apartment is good, many closets, but building is to old and pluming makes a lot of noise, appliances not updated.

Crestview apartments

Crestview apartment is a beautiful location. Quite pet friendly neighborhood. Very nice neighbors. Beautiful view and great for hiking . The community is next to lots shopping centers, bank,grocery stores.Has beautiful gardens. Great for kids.

Crestview

Nice quite neighborhood. Kid friendly. My kids love living here, been a single mom we moved around a lot but this apartment complex is very nice. Feels like home. Beautiful view,pools and hiking area. Restaurants and shopping centers are 5 minutes away. Close to bart and bus stations. Managers are very nice.

Crestview apartments

This apartment complex is beautiful and friendly. It is also pet friendly. Nice quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood. Two big pools and picnic area. Also has a horse ranch near by. Great for hiking and running. Bart and bus stations are close by with shopping centers .Great view from the apartment of the bay area.
