Legacy at Hayward has always been a great place to live. Unfortunately there has been some drastic changes in management that have really negatively impacted our experience. With the previous management any requests or questions were responded to in an extremely timely manner. We had previously asked to move to a different unit, our request was responded to in less than 4 days. We have recently asked for a unit change again and I haven’t received a response in about a month. There are absolutely... no potty stations to throw away doggy bags anywhere on the property although they’ve been saying they are placing one “soon”. The number 1 spot that’s supposed to be available to residents in case we have something heavy to bring up is constantly occupied by management themselves. The few parking spots available to guests are taken up by residents for weeks at a time. Unfortunately our stay here will definitely have to come to an end once our lease is up even though we were excited to stay here
