Attached Garage, on site manager very helpful
I have lived here for over ten years and for the most part I like it The two car garage can keep a medium sized sedan with room to use the rest of the space for storage. There are three washers and three dryers in a community laundry room ( no in unit washer/dryer hookups).Each unit has a small fenced in back patio (about 9 feet by 6 feet).It is a small complex with about 30 units. It is quiet and no drama neighborhood. It has been a safe place for me to live. I like being able to park my car... in a garage which is not a common amenity for an apartment. The on site property manager is helpful. He will secure mail packages left at your door while you are at work so they won’t get stolen. For people who might accidentally leave their garage door open and they are not home he will close it for them. He really tries to look out for the residents.It is walking distance to stores, restaurants and bus stops.
