Terrible

Trash piles up in the bins so quickly that you can't put yours in and they complain about the trash. Maybe if you had the trash guys come more than twice a week it wouldn't be a problem. The complex is next to a family that raises goats and the smell wafts into the apartments in the summer. The housing manager is new and incompetent make sure you record interactions or get everything in writing cause she'll just deny ever speaking to you. If it's maintenance that requires skill such as a leaky… roof don't expect it to get fixed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Beware of these apartments. Stay as far away as you can! Let's just start by saying we only lived there 1 year.. and it was the worst... they went through 3 managers (people they find that live at the apartments).. the rules change day by day, one day you can have pets the next you can't, at first there were "guest" parking cause vehicles on the street get broken into then all of a sudden it's $40 for a parking spot!!!! Crazy! They only have one trash can so by the end of the week there's trash… everywhere!!!! We moved in thinking these were nice and comfortable apartments. But it was everything opposite of that. We moved in two weeks early with the promise of cleaning, mold removal, carpet cleaning, fixing the fireplace, and the paint being fixed, etc. we took pictures of everything (posted on yelp) and none of what was promised happened. Recently we've moved out and the "new" manager has charged us with replacing and cleaning everything, which she knew nothing about the condition of the unit when we moved in considering we have nothing on our file.

Oh and our garage got broken into and when we asked to look at the cameras our manager said there's not real cameras that "the camera that you see are fake" and there's no surveillance around the apartments.
