Poor management/maintenance
I lived here for a year, and while my experience started off well, things gradually declined over time. In the beginning, the property was quiet and well-maintained, but after a few months, I started to notice pest issues and a decline in upkeep.
Pest control was called out a couple of times during my stay after I noticed silverfish and a roach in my apartment. In addition, there was almost an infestation of gnats throughout the complex, including in my apartment, the hallways, and the... downstairs lobby area. I always kept my doors and windows closed, so I’m not sure where they were coming from.
Other residents also expressed concerns about the pests and overall cleanliness of the property. While it’s not the worst place to live, I do think the property could benefit from better upkeep and more attentive management. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend living here unless these issues are addressed.
