The walk-in gate has been broken for months and they just stick duct-tape on it to fix it. Anytime I bring up any issues to the manager Martha she complains about her life. I feel for her I really do but it’s hard to feel safe in this community with constant homeless/drug users hanging around and a gate that doesn’t lock at all. I have lived here for a while. These apartments were never advertised as modern. They are very old and were priced accordingly until recently. In the last few years the rent has went up drastically and the services being provided have went down drastically. There used to be a older gentleman who cleaned up the carport and laundry areas every day or two. He is gone. We used to have a sink in the laundry area. The faucets were capped off for some odd reason. Heaven forbid one of the two laundry... machines goes down. It has been months before a replacement or repair happened in the past. One of the three buildings has still not been painted months after the preparation work was done. As the prices have gone up, the cleanliness and services provided have gone down and recently the cockroaches have become more visible down in the carport area. I wish I did not feel compelled to write this review but the deteriorating conditions and 10% raise in rent have forced me to warn others what you are getting in to. I doubt either the landlord or owner would be satisfied with the worsening conditions and rising rents if they lived here yet they obviously do not have a problem imposing them on others.

As far as the noise, I do not know what the other reviewer is talking about. This place is easily the most loud place I have rented in over 20 years of renting. Between the frequent ambulances and fire trucks at the old folks home across the way, or the Harleys and cars with loud exhaust systems this place is certainly not quiet.
