I have been living at Apex for almost ten years. I have gotten nothing but excellent service from the staff in the front office to the maintenance staff who are great and especially timely.

The apartment complex is overpriced for what it offers. The fire alarm goes off constantly, the floors and common areas are often dirty, and the property is not well maintained. Management does not seem to care about keeping the property clean or addressing residents’ concerns. Overall, it’s not worth the high rent.

I have lived here since 2017. Any issues I have had have always been quickly resolved. The longevity of staying has a lot to do with the amenities, proximity to transportation and the freeway, as well as safety.
