The management here is horrible and lied to get me into a lease. They showed me a quiet unit and then when I moved in they started construction the next day never telling me about it before hand. I now cant work from home and there are no other units that could be suitable so I am going to have to get a lawyer and sue them. Dont move here, dont trust management.

I moved in almost 7 months ago and I am very happy that I have made the decision to renewing my lease at my old apartment. I have nothing but great things to say about My experience at Aura and the entire management team! Jeff our community manager goes above and beyond in making all residents comfortable and happy! Carissa, Alyssa and Vanessa are always there to help with anything you need and George is always there to help with any maintenance needs! What I love the most about living here are... the monthly fun activities for our community! I also love how safe I feel living here. The security is always quick to respond to any reports and always on top of things. I love the fact that we have different apps that we can use that are very useful when controlling your access to your apartment, AC, ETC…. Not to mention the beautiful amenities here! Aura is a great home for several reasons. Amazing pool, rooftop with herb garden, bbqs, gym, dog washroom. A gated outdoor space called the Paseo has games, chairs, and fun for dogs! Everything at Aura is brand new and modern (the new fittings, especially the bathroom faucets, are really nice!) Walking to restaurants, groceries, shopping, a park, and a 1920s neighborhood. And lastly, Jeff and his great team always help and keep everything clean and safe.

We just moved in on Saturday, July 23rd and we were greeted by ants. The management team knows there’s an ant issue in the complex but they choose to solve in after move-in, instead of doing it before you arrive.
