Can't find an apartment with good location and good pricing like vita!

I’ve been living at Vita Apartment Homes for about two and a half years now, and honestly I haven’t had any major issues during my time here. Maintenance has always been super quick whenever something comes up—they usually handle things right away, which I really appreciate. The leasing office is also really helpful and responsive, which was a big thing for me based on past experiences. I also love that they host community events like bingo nights, fitness classes, and food trucks because it… makes it feel more like an actual community and not just an apartment complex. The amenities are nice, the location is really convenient since it’s close to the freeway and pretty much everything I need, and overall it’s just been a really solid place to live.

Lease here- seriously & you won’t regret!

My husband and I have had an amazing experience living at Vita Apartments in Orange! From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to William, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a huge difference.

One of the standout things about this community is how clean and well-maintained everything is. There's always staff actively cleaning and keeping the property… in top condition, which really shows the level of care they put into the environment. I also appreciate the added sense of safety with the presence of a security guard, which makes coming home feel even more comfortable.

Another huge plus is the amenities--especially the large gym and workout studio. It's spacious, well-equipped, and makes it easy to stay consistent with fitness without ever leaving the property.

On top of all that, the staff truly care about residents and go the extra mile to build a sense of community. They consistently host events like free donuts and coffee mornings, and even thoughtful touches like flowers and other surprises. It really makes living here feel special.

Overall, Vita Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Highly recommend!

Definitely Recommend

Living at VITA has been a great experience. The place is clean, modern, and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help. Solid amenities and a really convenient location too. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place to Live

Vita has been easy to live in overall. Maintenance is fast and reliable, everything gets handled within a couple days without any issues. The leasing office team is splendid, I really appreciate their attention to care. It’s a well-run place and that shows in the day-to-day experience. I'd recommend anyone to live here.

Incredible Apartment

My experience at Vita has been pretty seamless. Maintenance is quick and reliable, everything gets taken care of within a day or two and done right the first time. The team is also great to work with. Alyssa was super helpful during move-in, Madeline is always on top of things, and William is always friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s just a well-run place that makes daily life a lot easier.
