Channel point is gorgeous! It is so quiet and the people who live here keep to themselves and are respectful. The parking is great and so are the amenities.

I've lived hear a year and a half. Beautiful location and apartments. However, the managment is horrible and currently has numerious open fair housing complaints. There was a great assistant manager that everyone loved. Since he left things went down hill. There is a petition going to remove the current managment.

The leasing management staff is confrontational, rude, childish and unprofessional. They’ll force you to pay for an apartment that is not ready for move-in or threaten to cancel your application and keep your deposit. Then treat you like you did something wrong for questioning it.
The leasing agents are fine but must be new as their knowledge is limited.
The maintenance staff however is excellent and very responsive and caring. The grounds are well kept and service requests are addressed... quickly.
The appliances, flooring and fixtures are dated and cheap but functional and acceptable.
I like my apartment and the grounds and surrounding area. Now that I now longer have to deal with management the property and I are fine.

The apartment is fine and the grounds are well kept. The management leaves MUCH to be desired. Had they taken two minutes to reach out after all the problems I wouldn’t have said anything but here we are.
