I absolutely love my home. The maintenance team has wonderful attitudes, pays attention to building needs, are regular people who understands how valuable home means. When emergency occurs there always there to help. Management is awesome. No complaints. More security is always welcomed and mandatory in the community.

The staff here is great. But the owners are reluctant in doing major care in community areas (ie.hallway, entrance). The smell of dog urine is bad especially on warmer days.

My experience here is amazing and its like living in three or four different homes in my unit. It gives a condo, townhouse, hotel, and a timeshare place vibe, not just an apartment vibe. I love it!

I was able to move in quick and easy thanks to management talk and easy layout of the phone application process. Love to use all amenities here and haven’t seen to have an issue. Tenants are respectful and the area is super great since it’s close to downtown life.

High rent

Thrash shoots for 3 weeks have not been emptied
Causing hallways to smell like complete garbage.
Management will not respond to any emails or complaints to fix any issues in apt.
No hot water for days on end management refuses to fix.. management disrespectful to tenants.. mold on walls causing me to clean constantly.. hallway carpet full of stains … pet urine constant… car break ins normal inside secured garage.. parcels stolen frequently… again thrash shoots completely disregarded causing...
fire hazard and health problems in which management will not do anything about but will charge and arm and a leg to rent
