Verified Renter
I recently moved into this property and I’m honestly shocked at the condition of both the unit and the community amenities. Many things were either not inspected before move-in or have clearly been neglected for a long time.
One of the most serious issues is my balcony door, which does not properly close or seal. This is a basic safety and habitability concern. When I reported it, the response from maintenance was dismissive and I was essentially told that nothing more could be done. That is... unacceptable when a tenant is reporting a structural issue affecting security and weather sealing.
Beyond that, the amenities advertised by this property are in poor condition and in some cases borderline hazardous. The gym equipment is extremely dirty, with machines that feel sticky and appear to have sweat residue that clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned. For a shared fitness space, that raises obvious sanitation concerns.
Several common areas also appear neglected or incomplete:
• The pool and surrounding areas have missing lighting, which makes the space unsafe at night.
• The game area where the ping-pong table is located has no functioning lighting, making it extremely dark and creating a real tripping hazard after sunset.
• Televisions are missing, lights are missing, and seating areas are missing cushions, leaving the space essentially unusable.
• The BBQ area has a beautiful view but is poorly maintained and barely lit, making it uninviting and impractical to use in the evening.
When a property markets amenities and charges premium rent, tenants expect those amenities to be clean, functional, and safe. Right now, many of these areas appear neglected and poorly maintained.
I strongly hope management and corporate leadership take a serious look at the condition of this property, because the current state raises significant concerns about maintenance standards, safety, and overall accountability.
