Living at 255 S Grand Ave has been a nightmare. Multiple fires, constant noise, street takeovers, and completely ineffective security make it feel unsafe. Management is unethical—after hiking my rent and pushing me into a smaller unit, they immediately dropped the price of my original one. It’s manipulative and dishonest. Avoid this place if you care about safety, integrity, or peace of mind.

Appreciate that there's more stability and consistency with the front desk security staff. Sadly, the amentities are restricted due to ongoing maintenance and repair. Not sure what happened to our side of the exterior window cleaning?

Awesome place. The repairs for the laundry machine can do better. My neighbors are probably smoking which they are free to do but the smell reaches my room.

The stay has been great. I’m looking forward to the landscaping being done in this next month should be a great year! The new management seems really good and things are moving along and upgrades are actually happening!
