I recently moved in and have already been really impressed with the community and the improvements being made!
I’m especially excited about the new gate being added to the dog park. I’ve noticed that a lot of people use the dog park — even some who don’t live here — so I’m really looking forward to it being more enclosed and secure. It’s currently being built, and I can already tell it’s going to make such a difference for residents and their pups.
The cleanliness of the building really stands... out too. The hallways, elevators, and common areas are consistently tidy and well maintained, which makes coming home every day feel comfortable and cared for.
Maintenance has also been great — they’re responsive and you can always see them around the property fixing things and keeping everything in good shape.

I ended up leasing at Aliso for many reasons. The location for the Arts District is unbeatable. The property is very well kept and I can tell there is a pride within the residents. The property is also very well taken care of. Shout out to Shaunt, he was an absolute joy to work with.

Aliso is a great community that has always treated me and my partner with care and consideration. We run a business here and Aliso, specifically managed by Greystar for the last year, has been great!

Have lived in this community since 2019 and have to say that Marina and her entire team from Greystar are the best managers we’ve had since the original opening. They’ve made some awesome improvements to the property and amenities are always well taken care of now. More importantly front desk staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Also want to shout out Jose from the maintenance team who knows his stuff and always communicates and fixes any issues that arise quickly and with a smile. DTLA...
