Move in process could have been better. Growing pains with new apartment complex but the living experience is phenomenal and the apartments are brand new, clean.The amenities are very high quality, classy and the space is beautiful.

I love being in Highland Park it is a cool neighborhood good food and public transit is near by if you need to go a bit further away there is a metro station 5 minutes away

Issue: Habitability, Misrepresentation, and Failure to Deliver Amenities
• EV Parking: Management is now backpedaling on a promised assigned EV spot, telling me to use guest/unassigned spaces instead. This is a bait-and-switch from the leasing agreement.
• HVAC Mismanagement: I was without heat for 10 days. Management's public response claims they acted "promptly," but they actually wasted days replacing small parts to save money while I was forced to use electric blankets.
• Unfulfilled Tech... Upgrades: Promised a thermostat replacement for SmartRent integration over a month ago; still no action.
• Conclusion: The local management (Avenue 34) is providing false information in their public responses to cover up maintenance and leasing failures. I request corporate intervention for a rent credit and immediate fulfillment of promised amenities.

Residents without assigned EV spaces are welcome to utilize the unassigned EV spaces located in the residents-only garage. Our service team provides 24-hour support for maintenance emergencies. To help us resolve concerns as quickly as possible, we encourage residents to notify us immediately and in real time. We understand that access to your home was not always available, which may have contributed to some delays in completing the repairs. Based on the service requests submitted and our team’s responses, our records indicate that assistance was provided promptly upon receiving each request and once access was granted. Additionally, the original HVAC installer was onsite to ensure the issue you experienced was thoroughly addressed. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to ensuring your satisfaction at our community moving forward.
