Overall my experience here is great. Can’t complain other than my really bad allergies that come from the over grown tree outside. And the front door that continues to get stuck.

The apartment amenities are good with the AC, washer/dryer, and internet service package that stand out. The price is fairly reasonable within the region that is Downtown LA. The internet bundle with rent, water/power, and other amenities makes payments easier since you don't have to process payments through the DWP. The smart AC Nest that comes pre installed works well on your cell phone. Windows are build to reduce loud outside noises and most units have concrete floors which makes cleaning... easier. The kitchen outline could be better but does the job. The app features gives residents the ability to put work orders and pay rent The work orders get done the same day or within 2-3 days. Leasing office is approachable in-person and they assist in unordinary cases.
