Ezri was super helpful with leasing. Moved in within 3 days of applying and have been blown away by the cleanliness and BE DTLA is located in a great part of town.

Be DTLA as a lot of great features that not many apartment complexes have such as their maintenance team. Their maintenance support is probably one of the best I’ve ever encountered living across California. The washers and dryers are a great addition to the floor plan whether it’s a studio one or two bedroom. Plus, the washer dryer is large, which means you can fit a lot of clothes. The AC is another feature that helps when it comes to the differences in weather change.The smart feature makes... the AC integral when you are using the app to change the temperature. That Eco mode settings also save you the hassle of trying to turn on and off. The windows are a good size, and even a blackout curtain helps to completely darken the room. No roller blinds adds to the privacy of the apartment. Not many apartment complexes this future as part of their blinds and windows. The windows have a decent noise, cancellation as well as the walls.

BeDTLA is the best place I have lived over 11years I have been in LA. The place is very clean, well protected, every Amenities are working to my satisfaction. The property management and his team are all amazing.
