A great place to live :)

Really love living in this building! The community spaces are clean and well maintained, so I’m always taking advantage of the gym, pool & hot tub and lounging on the roof. There’s maintenance on site and any time issues have popped up, Edgar and the rest of the crew are so responsive and so kind. Super easy to submit a work order and in my experience it gets fixed pretty promptly. Lauren and Stephanie and all the office staff are really communicative and helpful in updating everyone about… what’s going on in the building. All of the neighbors we’ve met have been really friendly and chill too. Also the location is hard to beat – so walkable to restaurants, shops, music venues, theaters and bars. Overall, I’ve been very happy living here.

A nice place to be in Los Feliz!

I’ve been in this building for 5+ years. I’ve enjoyed being here. The location is great. It’s easy to get to Griffith Park from here. It’s a walkable area, there’s shops, a movie theater and food places around the block. Friendly neighbors. The office staff is great and helpful if anything comes up. The maintenance guys also are friendly and talented and here 6 days a week. Really responsive. The only possible point of concern is the building doesn’t have the thickest walls but generally the… vibe of the building is quiet and most people get it. People are good neighbors here. I really like the amenities as well like the glass covered pool and whirlpool and the roof deck is fun with new tables and places to lounge.

Responsive and Helpful Maintenance Team!

Ever since I moved in, maintenance has been quick to respond to any issue that came up. Jose especially is communicative, efficient, and has been very helpful!

5 stars!!! I know I made the right decision moving to Broadstone. The staff make it such a warm and friendly vibe and you really can’t beat the location. It’s only been three weeks and I am in love with living here.
