The new building manager is not existent, don’t say hello, the pool table has a hole and did nothing to repair it, she has no consideration for residents, a lot of them complained about it.. the entire building quality has gone down since she arrived, including cleaning in our apartments.. Since she’s here everyone wants to move out, we feel invisible, we feel like paycheck only and our wellness and quality of living as no importance to her.

This place is perfect! The layout and appliances are so perfect. It’s like living in a fancy hotel and I love all the amenities. I can sneak away and work and I’ve never had any problems with noise or wifi. My roommates are great and everyone just keeps to themselves mostly—very respectful. Everyone and everything is so clean. There’s always a great smell throughout the building. The hot tub is cool because it’s like a heated pool and then the longer the jets are on it gets hotter and hotter,... it’s like a spa!

The place is really good. I said to a leasing manager who was showing me the property that it looked like an advanced version of co-living. Great location, great amenities. For me it was a real surprise when I saw a gym, yoga studio, lots of working space, free coffee and more. They don't have anything like that at the place where I lived. The best price is that the price is also affordable. I would say that it's a fair price. I also like the apartment, my room. The layout is really good. That... was one of the key factors for me. And I like people I live with. Super friendly, organized, open to communication. I would also like to mention the leasing team. Very nice people and always ready to help. The only concern is parking. They have tandem parking and street parking can be hard. But it's ok, the place has more advantages :)

Still haven't received my security deposit
It's been 21 days since my move-out and still haven't received my security deposit. I have reached out multiple times and Steven claimed that it has been delayed and that I should receive it shortly.........now I'm here. This is annoying, please resolve my issue.
