For those considering a stay longer than a single lease term (e.g., 15 months), it's crucial to be aware that the actual rent rate, factoring in the entire lease term, is higher than the initially advertised amount. This... was a consideration I found noteworthy, drawing on my experience as a former manager of luxury properties.
Despite this aspect, the building itself is undeniably beautiful and offers an appealing living environment. If your housing plans align with a shorter-term stay( e.g., one lease term), this property might be an excellent choice.
