Sentral DTLA

I’ve lived here for 3 years and went through 6 management teams, and now can confidently say this is the worst management I’ve experienced. Everything seems fine — until you have a problem that doesn’t involve maintenance. That’s when it all falls apart.

The new team lacks basic accountability and communication. If you ever need something fixed that isn’t a leaking pipe or a broken light, good luck. You’ll be ignored, gaslit, or blamed. Don’t expect empathy or ownership — just silence,... deflection, and stress.

I paid top dollar expecting a luxury experience. Instead, I’ve had to deal with emotional distress, retaliatory treatment, and complete lack of care. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you move in here, make sure you also budget for a therapist, because that’s what you’ll need once things go sideways.

They never answer the phone, emails, or texts. I walked in to the elevator today and the floor was black, dog pee in the corner and the Sales person who rode the elevator with me even apologized.. :(

This place is a very secure and safe spot in DTLA, although many passer bys are near the building, it remains very safe and protected by a very well prepared staff. They handle packages and guests with great professionalism and safety toward the residents. I appreciate their great attitudes also as each day I’m greeted by someone at the front lobby with a smile. Such a honest welcome each time. Feel safe and secure with friendly neighbors and staff!

This apartment is gorgeous and the garage is really convenient and safe. You will love the rooftop and fun social activities the staff hosts with food and beverages. Sergio is so nice and always so helpful!

I was lucky enough to stay at Sentral DTLA for a weekend. I loved it so much I leased an apartment here! The staff is amazing and the community is just as amazing! The amenities are top notch. The views to downtown LA are second to none. If you’re looking for a place for short term leasing or for a place to call home I highly recommend Sentral DTLA you will not be disappointed!
