Fast repairs!

Fixed my broken patio lock less than 24 hours after reporting it on the portal. Manny was wonderful and worked fast at the replacing the broken lock with a brand new lock.

Review is for Maintenance

This review is for the maintenance department at the building and not for the overall experience of living in the building itself, nor the management.

You need a light bulb changed you’re asked to write a review. Honestly, it’s a misleading tactic to get positive reviews for a corporate-run building that leaves a lot to be desired in the management department. There is zero warmth in the leasing office once you sign your lease. They demonstrate this time and again.
