Manny came to look at a slow leak in our bathroom. He ended up finding two different issues and repaired both, also cleaning up all the dirt and water. He works efficiently and effectively with a polite demeanor.

We’ve been living in the Garey Building for over 4 years now and that’s largely due to how amazing management and maintenance is in this building. I’ve rented at many properties and this is hands down the best and most responsive building I’ve lived in. Manny and his team are always such life savers with their fast responses to any maintenance requests we have and we are always so appreciative of it! Thanks so much Manny!

I’ve lived at the Garey for almost a year and can’t recommend it enough! Good location with lots of things to do in the area, great amenities, and helpful staff on the leasing + maintenance teams. Manny in particular is always helping us out in a timely manner fixing leaks, replacing lightbulbs, and more.

I live at the Garey building and there was leaking coming from my bathroom ceiling. Manny from maintenance came to my unit within hours to assess the issue and fixed it within 1 hour. He explained the issue and gave follow up instructions. Really appreciated his service!
