Best maintenance team and apartment. Manny is great with prompt maintenance requests and the apartment holds events every month which is fun.

Excellent Staff
I had an issue with one of my electrical outlets, which I thought was a serious hazard. Manny came by very promptly and tested all my outlets and was very good at explaining everything to me. He also has an electrical background, which made me very confident about his analysis. It turned out the outlet was fine but an extension cord I bought was no good. Manny advised me on some ways I could better prevent electrical issues in the future. The whole process was less than 5 minutes. Truly... excellent service, every time.

Manny is amazing!
My tub faucet broke and he came immediately at 11:30 at night fixed it in no time and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I love the service in this building they are all awesome-esp Manny!
