The process renting from Kurve has been great from the start. The tour was very informative and professional and the staff warm and welcoming. Jonathan was patient with all questions we had during the application process and his answers were always timely. This is the best rental experience I have had.

The 6th floor common area is nice, but the whole floor smells like dog urine. As you get out of the elevator it starts to stink and when you open the door to the entrance of the common area the urine smell is unbearable.
The building management tried to police it but did it ineffectively and poorly. No signs posted, no security presence. Not enough cleaning.

I'm disappointed to hear that your experience at Kurve wasn't a positive one. Management is serving leasing violations to the residents who violate the policy daily. In addition to this matter, our team is dedicated to cleaning the 6th floor amenity... floor twice a day. In the event a violator is present, please alert the management team to take care of this matter.

I've had a mostly terrible experience living at Kurve. Disappointed to say the least. Management is terrible and unhelpful. Amenities are broken or unusable at most times.

My experience at Kurve so far has been amazing. The property is always clean, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and my apartment unit is very nice and luxurious. I love the amenities and all of the free events that are held for residents. I feel Kurve offers a top tier luxury living experience at a very fair price.
