Have lived in Chinatown for 10 years, happily calling Llewelyn home for over 1.5 of those years now.

Communication is thorough and transparent, if even 1 of the several elevators goes down, we're alerted to it promptly. Wilder, Joner and Marco in the office are quick to respond, taking concerns seriously and professionally, Sharon, the Management behind-the-scenes is always looking for ways to make residents' living more wholesome, even little things like new vending machines, though she likely... doesn't care about taking credit for it!

Eddie and Carla- you couldn't ask for better maintenance techs! Regrettably, I don't know the porters' names, but it's admirable how clean they manage to keep a community of this size, even on weekends! And despite the number of canine "residents" here, I still maintain Llewellyn remarkably has the cleanest sidewalks and garage in all of Chinatown!

No large rental community is going to be perfect (if you want it "your way" go to Burger King or go buy a house in a rural area) but you'd be hard-pressed to find better in this area. Read More

Marco B. was fantastic throughout the viewing and leasing process for the apartment. We came to view the apartments twice as we were making our decision for the next place to call home. He was accommodating, kind, informative and thoughtful. We appreciate that very much! The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained and fits what we envisioned as a place to call home.

Overall this is my favorite apartment I’ve stayed at in Los Angeles and it has a lot to offer. Access to Chinatown, the state park, metro and more has improved my quality of life and I look forward to staying here for a while.

Marco, our leasing agent provided an exceptional leasing experience from start to finish. Coming from the Arts District, Llewlyn immediately felt like the right choice for my family, and Marco’s professionalism and welcoming approach made the decision even easier.
Joner, the other available leasing agent during our move-in, was equally... wonderful. He was incredibly accommodating, especially considering it was pouring rain on our move-in day. He made sure we were taken care of and that the process was as easy as possible despite the weather.
I’m excited to start this new chapter at Llewlyn. The community already feels like home for my 4-year-old and my Frenchie, and we’re really looking forward to enjoying the convenience of being able to walk over to LA Historic Park. As of now, It’s the perfect place for us.

As for the maintenance team, I really appreciate the quick response on handling the maintenance ticket that’s been submitted. They do a great work with maintaining the cleanliness and keep up with the grounds of the building especially with all the fun doggies walking around. It’s a great experience knowing the community is well taken care of throughout the day.
