I’ve had a very positive experience living in this apartment community. The management team is lovely, professional, and always easy to work with whenever questions or concerns come up. The maintenance crew is amazing — quick to respond, friendly, and they consistently do quality work. The amenities are also a great part of living here and help make the community enjoyable overall. The only improvement I would suggest is upgrading some of the equipment in the gym facility. Aside from that, it’s… been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The esthetics on the outside is nice. Building is outdated and the Matience don’t take their time and do things correctly. They paint over fixture which later developed rust with paint covering them. The paint on the walls and door have so many layers. It’s discouraging when you see how much you pay for the unit. Not worth it.

Can't wait to get the keys I love the place my kids love the place. We went to see the first time we saw we were ready to sign to lease it's very clean and beautiful place to be call a home

I normally try to give fair feedback, but currently I am dealing with serious maintenance issues in my unit. On March 10, 2025, water leaked from the bathroom plumbing through the ceiling, causing water to pool on the floor and resulting in a slip and fall where I injured my neck and back. I reported the incident and sent photos to management, but I have not received a response from property management regarding the injury.

The following day I attempted to take a bath due to the pain, but the… hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning cold. After waiting 30–40 minutes and trying again, the hot water lasted only two to three minutes.

Water mitigation equipment has since been placed in the unit, which is producing significant heat and triggering migraines, making the apartment difficult to remain in. Maintenance staff have responded regarding the leak, but management has not addressed the injury report or accommodation request. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and resolves the issues quickly for resident safety.
