I normally try to give fair feedback, but currently I am dealing with serious maintenance issues in my unit. On March 10, 2025, water leaked from the bathroom plumbing through the ceiling, causing water to pool on the floor and resulting in a slip and fall where I injured my neck and back. I reported the incident and sent photos to management, but I have not received a response from property management regarding the injury.
The following day I attempted to take a bath due to the pain, but the... hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning cold. After waiting 30–40 minutes and trying again, the hot water lasted only two to three minutes.
Water mitigation equipment has since been placed in the unit, which is producing significant heat and triggering migraines, making the apartment difficult to remain in. Maintenance staff have responded regarding the leak, but management has not addressed the injury report or accommodation request. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and resolves the issues quickly for resident safety.
