Promenade towers residence has some very rude people, including some of the security, hopefully in the future this can be rectified as this won't be very lucrative for the longevity of said residence!

There’s always something breaking down. Going on second day with no hot water and almost every day sounds like there’s construction going on above us

Good experience living here. Have been living here for 2 years now. The pool is good and the jacuzzi is amazing. Very aesthetic location for the fitness centre as well. Very well maintained.

I’ve lived here for 4 years now and I would definitely recommend for anyone to live here. The security and maintenance are top notch and the building is kept super clean.
