The move in process was efficient and very smooth. Javier, Felipe, & Emmanuel at the leasing office have all been very helpful, patient, & professional since Day 1 when I first toured the building for the first time. I’ve already attended 1 community event in October and looking forward to the one this month in November!

Brand new location and friendly staff

The location on Sunset is unbeatable: walkable to cafes and shops, easy for our LA commutes, and yet the building still feels calm, safe, and inviting. If you’re looking for a place that blends modern design, top-tier amenities, and a true sense of home, you’ll find it here. Highly recommend!
