Overall, I have been satisfied living at Neptune Apartments. The maintenance and janitorial teams do a great job keeping the community clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly. While I haven't had the same experience with the new maintenance manager, the maintenance staff overall have been responsive and helpful whenever issues arise.

The office staff aren't quite as lively and engaging as they were in previous years, and many residents, including myself, miss several of the former team... members. That said, Destiny continues to stand out for her friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help residents.

My biggest concern is the rent increases. Over the past two years, my rent has increased by approximately ~17%, including about ~9% last year and another ~8.5% this year. These increases feel excessive, even for the area, and make it difficult for long-term residents to continue calling Neptune home. While I enjoy the community and would like to stay, the year-over-year rent hikes make me question whether management is truly focused on retaining good tenants.

Despite my concerns about rent, Neptune remains a well-maintained community with a great location and strong support from the management team.
