I lived here twice and it is the most amazing place to live! Sandra and Shawna are the best managers one could ask for! The community is great and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Cat friendly and lots of areas for children to play. This is hands down the best area in Marina to live in!

Safe neiborhood
The gates are older apts the manager is great if something is wrong she will have it fixed quickly. the building itself needs some work we have been here 9years and have seen some wood rott on decks. But for the most part the maitnence keeps everything up and the yards clean. It is a very quiet complex.

The Gates Apartments - Great Area
Spacious 2 balconies & a porch, the apartment grounds are very well kept, Manager and staff are awesome. Have lived here for 15 years. I think it is one of the nicest complexes here in Marina. Wouldn't want to live in any other complex. Would recommend The Gates Apartments to anyone who is looking!

Gates Apartments
Have lived here for over 20 years and I have had a wonderful stay. The management has been very fair and my rental increased only after 4 years. The shopping is close by post office and bus blocks away.
