The Alexan Marmont is an excellent place to reside. I just wish that when my lease it up, they offer me a really good deal to stay, since I committed to them for a year and paid my rent faithfully.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and helpful whenever anything comes up. The grounds are kept in excellent condition, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. It feels safe and welcoming, which is especially important for families. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-managed apartment community.

Overall, this is a beautiful building with great potential, but there are a few areas that need attention. Some residents are not cleaning up after their pets in shared spaces like hallway carpet and elevators, which is starting to affect cleanliness and odor.
In addition, the carpets throughout the building could really benefit from a professional deep cleaning, and the elevator areas are due for fresh paint. For a property that’s considered luxury, upkeep in these areas is important—especially...
with new complexes opening nearby that will raise the standard.
With a bit more consistent enforcement of pet policies and some maintenance updates, this building could easily match the high expectations it sets.

ON GOING PARKING PROBLEM

live at Alexan Marmont over a year, and the ongoing parking situation has become extremely frustrating.

This is now the fourth time someone has parked in my assigned space. Residents pay for designated parking, yet there appears to be little to no effective enforcement in the parking structure. On top of that, people regularly park wherever they want in the guest parking area with no apparent consequences.

Having to deal with this repeatedly is inconvenient, stressful, and unacceptable. A...
secured parking structure should provide basic organization and peace of mind, but instead it feels unmanaged and poorly enforced.

Management needs to take this issue seriously and implement consistent enforcement. Until meaningful action is taken, this will remain a significant concern for residents who rely on their assigned parking.
