I really love living at MODA! My maintenance requests are always handled quickly, but what I appreciate most is the people here. The office and maintenance teams are always so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and they really make an effort to get to know the residents. It gives MODA such a nice sense of community and makes it feel like more than just an apartment complex.

I have had great neighbors and the staff has also been friendly and caring regarding our needs. The A train line is out side the back entrance. Apartments are very quiet so we never hear the train.

Staying here has been blissful. Parking, neighbors and management has all been a positive experience for me personally. I stay here with my family and we have enjoyed ourselves thus far. It's a little bit of something to enjoy for everybody.
