The way they handle repair work is very poorly coordinated.
They take a long time to fix problems.
There's no privacy because most of the time they don't notify you before entering your apartment, thus invading residents' privacy.
All of this ends up being very stressful.

I am very pleased with The Ranch at Moorpark Apartments! From the moment we moved in we've been treated well with any issues being taken care of promptly. The office staff is always very helpful and show genuine concern for resident's needs. So, thank you Ranch at Moorpark! Truly grateful!
