Sunsweet Apartments

We absolutely ADORE Sunsweet Apartments in downtown Morgan Hill. After our search for our new home last fall led to several disappointments and frustrations, the Sunsweet team came through and welcomed us into their community with open arms and AMAZING resident care. They were ready for us to move in the next day! Our apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Brand new. Modern design and appliances. No compromises were made when designing and building this community, which is RARE for South County or… South Bay rentals.

Communication is always clear and rapid thanks to Mia + Chad, our property managers. We never have to wonder if our property managers care about us — they answer the call right away and address problems/concerns (which are almost never) immediately. The common areas are always super clean (thanks to our maintenance guy!) — and we are obsessed with the amenities, too.

And our sweet puppers absolutely loves it here too! Sunsweet Apartments stands out from the competition as a TRULY pet-friendly (and pet owner friendly, too) community. Most rentals have weight limits that cater to small animal owners. So as a large-breed owner, we had such a hard time finding a place that would welcome our golden retriever. Thank goodness for Sunsweet Apartments! And not only is our boy, Bucky, welcome here, but he gets to use the community pet wash and dog run, and he's made so many friends with other dogs here!

From our gorgeous sky deck on the third floor with sweeping uninterrupted views of El Toro and the hills to the east to the luxurious pool and outdoor barbecue spaces to the unbelievable fitness center (THREE ???? WHOLE ???? STUDIOS) with top-of-the-line machines and virtual programs to the easy access to everything downtown Morgan Hill has to offer... Sunsweet Apartments is outstanding.
