Tenants are treated with a professionalism and courtesy that should be the model for all management.

Overall, I appreciate living at The Gallery at NoHo Commons, but there are several issues that affect my satisfaction and the quality of life for residents.
One of my biggest concerns is the frequent smell of marijuana smoke coming from neighboring apartments and balconies. It is very unpleasant and affects the ability to enjoy a smoke-free home.
I also believe that residents should be reminded to keep their dogs on leashes and to clean up after them. Unfortunately, dog waste is sometimes left… in common areas.
Another serious concern is homeless individuals staying or hiding in the stairways, which makes residents feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
I hope management will take these concerns seriously and continue working to make The Gallery at NoHo Commons a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable community for everyone.
